Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to manage, configure, and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The role involves implementing TPRM, PSM processes, developing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as TPRM, PSM, Custom Applications.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow flow designers, UI policies, and business rules.
Process Implementation
Align ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices.
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems.
Automate routine tasks using ServiceNow scripting.
Document technical specifications, processes and procedures for ServiceNow TPRM & PSM processes.
Adhere to ServiceNow coding best practices, manage solutions within update sets and contribute to the overall platform governance strategy.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Provide technical support for post-implementation issues.
Reporting
Develop dashboards and reports for operational insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
Strong Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideAPI’s, and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow Integrations with third-party systems.
Basic knowledge in Service Portal concepts.
Process Knowledge
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
Experience
5 to 7 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Experience with ServiceNow TPRM, PSM, or GRC modules.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Key Performance Indicators
Timely delivery of ServiceNow enhancements.
High user satisfaction with platform performance.
Compliance with ITSM and security standards.
