Role Description The Social Media Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen Naukripay group’s brand presence and support talent acquisition campaigns. The Social Media Specialist will manage daily posting schedules, monitor channels, respond to audience interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns. They will collaborate with marketing, HR, and business teams to align social media initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies and company objectives. The role also includes staying current with social media trends, experimenting with new formats, and ensuring consistent, inclusive, and compliant communication.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts, visuals, and narratives aligned with brand goals.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to craft clear messaging, interact with audiences, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess the ability to use social media analytics tools, interpret data, and refine strategies based on performance insights.
Candidates should possess familiarity with major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is preferred.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates should possess prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role; exposure to HR, recruitment, or professional services sectors is an advantage.
