Role Description The Fashion Consultant role at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. In this role, the Fashion Consultant will guide customers on clothing, accessories, and styling choices aligned with their preferences, body types, and occasions. The consultant will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, curate looks, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, offering styling advice, managing fitting room support, and assisting with sales transactions. The Fashion Consultant will also help with visual merchandising, monitoring inventory on the shop floor, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with an eye for trends, colors, and fit.
Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and familiarity with apparel, accessories, fabrics, and brand offerings.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers professionally.
Candidates should possess high-quality Customer Service skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving in a retail environment.
Candidates should possess Sales and upselling abilities, with a focus on achieving targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Relevant experience in fashion retail, styling, or consulting is preferred; formal education in fashion, design, or retail management is an advantage.
