Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area. This role supports senior leadership with day-to-day executive administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of presentations and reports. The Executive Assistant will handle expense reports, maintain documentation, manage incoming communications, and ensure timely follow-up on priorities and action items. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing events or business meetings, and helping streamline office operations to support overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will proactively anticipate needs, maintain strict confidentiality, and uphold professional standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, document handling, and meeting coordination.
Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports and basic financial administration, such as tracking reimbursements and monitoring executive-related budgets.
Candidates should possess Executive Support skills, including handling confidential information, preparing presentations, and managing priorities for senior leadership.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proficiency in productivity tools (such as MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and reliability in supporting executives and handling sensitive information.
