Role Description The Customer Service Representative role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels and providing accurate information about services and processes. Responsibilities include resolving issues, escalating complex cases as needed, maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM or ticketing systems, and ensuring timely follow-up. The representative will work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience, meet service-level targets, and support continuous process improvement. The role also includes collecting feedback, identifying recurring issues, and contributing to strategies that enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives experience.
Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and drive Customer Satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
Comfort working with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation tools).
Proven problem-solving abilities, patience, and resilience when handling high-volume inquiries or challenging situations.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborate effectively within a diverse, performance-driven team.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred; experience in HR or staffing services is a plus.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial.
