Salary: N150,000 monthly + Commission
Reports to: Head of Learning & Development / Talent Development Manager

Role Overview:
The Learning & Development Officer will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering engaging learning programs, and tracking the impact of learning interventions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessment across departments
- Develop, implement and manage training calendars, courses and learning materials
- Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops and onboarding programs
- Create engaging e-learning content and presentations
- Coordinate with external facilitators and training vendors where needed
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate training records and learning database
- Support career development and performance improvement initiatives
- Provide regular reports on training activities and ROI to management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- BSc / HND in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years proven experience as an L&D Officer, Training Officer or similar role
- Experience facilitating virtual trainings
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office and learning tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Canva, LMS)
- Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work independently in a remote setting
