SAP Transportation Management

Configure and implement SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions based on business requirements.
Design and support VSR Optimizer, Charge Management, Freight Order Management, and Transportation Order Management processes.
Work on SAP S/4HANA TM implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
Manage and maintain SAP TM master data and transactional data including business partners, locations, resources, and transportation lanes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP TM, SD, MM, and FICO modules.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions.
Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot complex transportation and logistics process issues.
Support data migration and conversion activities for master data and transactional data during implementation and transformation projects.
Work with business stakeholders to optimize transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and logistics operations.
Handle transportation scenarios involving Shippers, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), and Carriers.
Ensure compliance with transportation and supply chain business processes and best practices.
Participate in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies as required.
Provide functional expertise and user training to business teams and end users.
Engage directly with global clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide consulting support throughout the project lifecycle.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
