➡ Key Responsibilities:
B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and approach corporate clients, human resources managers, and labor unions to introduce Care & Share’s digital healthcare solutions.
Comparative Cost Analysis: Review the prospect company's current traditional insurance plans and prepare clear, comparative analyses demonstrating how our medical discount card reduces their overhead expenses.
Proposal & Quotation Delivery: Prepare and deliver corporate presentations, proposals, and clear quotation comparisons highlighting network coverages and subscription terms.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial agreement terms and subscription packages with potential corporate partners to secure long-term contracts.
Network Orientation: Provide direct consultation to clients regarding our specialized medical networks, including private hospitals, clinics, and IVF specialized centers.
Account Optimization: Maintain updated CRM records and coordinates client onboarding to maximize employee digital card activation rates.
➡ Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 1-3 years of successful sales experience within corporate sales (B2B), corporate medical insurance, or the medical discount card industry.
Analytical & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to compare pricing options, prepare professional sales presentations, and handle Excel data comfortably.
Effective Communication: Strong negotiation skills, a highly professional phone/in-person demeanor, and clear bilingual corporate communication skills.
Result-Oriented Mindset: Highly motivated by achieving sales targets, managing client rejections, and securing recurring portfolio commissions.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing modern mobile applications, LinkedIn messaging, and digital business tools.
