About the Role
We're looking for a structured, reliable Communications Officer to support our international buyer outreach. You'll reach out to prospective foreign buyers by email, using qualified leads and ready-to-use templates provided by the founder.
The role is built as a flexible side hustle. The workload is light and clearly defined, so you're welcome to hold a full-time job or other commitments alongside it.
This role is part of our commitment to creating remote opportunities for women in the workforce and building a women-supporting-women community. Women are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective international buyers by email, using qualified leads provided by the founder
Send and personalize emails from pre-made message templates
Track replies and engagement status, and keep simple outreach records up to date
Requirements
Strong written English
High accuracy and attention to detail
Familiar with Hostinger email or standard email tools (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working on your own
Shares our mission of uplifting and supporting women in professional settings
Working Details
Type: Part-time, independent contractor (fully remote)
Contract: 1-year project contract, extendable based on performance
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, at your own pace between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (WIB)
Workload: Around 8 hours per month (about 2 hours per week), and often less if you work quickly and accurately
Compensation: IDR 400,000 per month (fixed)
