Senior Director of Enterprise Performance

Role Description The Senior Director of Enterprise Performance is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing organizational performance across the business. This role leads the design and implementation of performance frameworks, monitors key metrics, and partners with leadership to drive continuous improvement in operational and financial outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing enterprise-level data, guiding budgeting and resource allocation, managing strategic initiatives, and aligning project portfolios with long-term business goals. The Senior Director collaborates with cross-functional teams, develops performance dashboards and reports, and presents insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making. The role also involves mentoring team members, standardizing performance management processes, and ensuring that enterprise objectives remain aligned with client and market needs.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience in budgeting and financial planning, with a track record of optimizing resources and supporting sustainable growth.
Demonstrated expertise in performance management, including setting KPIs, tracking results, and driving accountability across teams.
Proven capability in strategic planning, with experience aligning enterprise objectives to market demands and organizational priorities.
Advanced project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Leadership experience in an operations, finance, or performance-focused role, preferably within healthcare or professional services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-management, collaboration, and digital communication skills.
