Role Description The Logistics Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves coordinating daily shipment activities, managing export documentation, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Logistics Specialist will communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide shipment updates, and maintain strong service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing logistics data, optimizing routes and schedules, supporting supply chain planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also requires maintaining detailed records, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous process improvements in logistics operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review logistics data, identify issues, and propose process improvements.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to support planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities.

Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and logistics-related software tools.
A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
