We are seeking a highly motivated Trader Acquisition / Community Growth Manager to lead trader acquisition, community development, partnerships, and engagement initiatives that grow the SparsVest trader ecosystem.
Job Summary
The Trader Acquisition / Community Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, onboard, engage, and retain traders on the SparsVest platform.
The ideal candidate understands the trading community, has strong relationship-building and communication skills, and can identify and develop partnerships with traders, trading communities, educators, influencers, affiliates, and other relevant industry networks.
This role combines trader acquisition, community growth, partnership development, affiliate management, and user engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrader Acquisition
Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified traders to SparsVest.
Identify and engage traders through online and offline trading communities.
Build acquisition channels through referrals, partnerships, events, campaigns, and community outreach.
Develop and manage trader referral and ambassador initiatives.
Monitor the complete trader acquisition journey from first contact through registration and activation.
Identify opportunities to increase trader conversion and retention.
Trade Contest Growth
Lead trader acquisition initiatives for SparsVest trading competitions and campaigns.
Develop partnerships and outreach campaigns to increase participation in the SparsVest Trade Contest.
Work with the marketing team to promote trading competitions, leaderboards, Hall of Fame initiatives, and other trader engagement programs.
Build relationships with trading communities to generate qualified contest participants.
Trade Contest Growth
Lead trader acquisition initiatives for SparsVest trading competitions and campaigns.
Develop partnerships and outreach campaigns to increase participation in the SparsVest Trade Contest.
Work with the marketing team to promote trading competitions, leaderboards, Hall of Fame initiatives, and other trader engagement programs.
Build relationships with trading communities to generate qualified contest participants.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships with traders, trading communities, educators, influencers, or trading organisations.
Experience working for a fintech, brokerage, exchange, prop trading company, trading platform, or financial services company.
Experience running trader competitions or community-driven growth campaigns.
Experience using Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, X, YouTube, and other platforms commonly used by trading communities.
Understanding of trader behaviour, trading communities, and financial-market trends.
Performance Indicators
Success in this role will be measured through clearly defined growth metrics, including:
Number of qualified traders acquired
Active traders generated
Trader registration and activation rates
Trade Contest participation
Community growth and engagement
Partnership development
Trader retention
Quality and consistency of trader feedback
Candidates may also be asked to provide examples of communities, partnerships, campaigns, or growth initiatives they have previously managed.
