Admissions Recruiting Manager - Central & Western Regions

The organization partners with colleges and universities to offer intensive, one-week college-preparatory boot camps for enlisted veterans and transitioning service members. These boot camps focus on college readiness, STEM, and business disciplines and provide academic skills and cultural transition support to help participants succeed in higher education. Programs are offered at no cost and include additional workshops and support services tailored to veterans'' unique needs.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Admissions Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading recruitment efforts for the organization''s academic programs within designated regions. This role focuses on generating interest among eligible veterans and service members, building and maintaining relationships with relevant organizations, and managing the recruitment pipeline to meet application and enrollment targets. The position involves strategic outreach and collaboration to expand program participation.
3. Responsibilities:
Implement and execute recruitment plans to meet program interest, application, and enrollment goals.
Develop and maintain networks with military and veteran organizations to access potential participants.
Travel within designated regions to conduct in-person and virtual recruitment events.
Oversee tracking of participant interest forms and ensure adherence to eligibility and procedures.
Host informational sessions in coordination with local partners.
Increase application submissions through diverse recruitment strategies using CRM tools.
Conduct admissions interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Communicate recruitment progress and trends to relevant teams.
Collaborate with admissions and other staff to improve processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
4. Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in high-volume recruiting or related field with strong interpersonal communication.
Experience working with veterans and/or service members.
Proficiency with CRM systems for recruitment management (Salesforce preferred).
Experience coordinating and training volunteers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, detail orientation, and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $74,000 to $84,000.
