Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients, and build a strong pipeline of leads across key industry sectors. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with Maven Fly Media’s service offerings. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and technical teams to translate client needs into effective digital solutions and to ensure high-quality service delivery. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, provide regular revenue forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning to support sustained business growth.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
Experience with digital marketing services such as paid advertising, Google Ads, social media management, and campaign analytics.
Ability to understand and position solutions related to branding, website design/redesign, and app, software, or web development.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital concepts in clear business terms.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional experience in agency or B2B environments is preferred.
Comfort working on-site in Gurugram with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
