* Support fundraising, investor relations, business development, and strategic growth

* Attend scheduled Board meetings and strategic sessions
* Represent Forensic Times at relevant professional events, conferences, summits, and industry forums
* Support international expansion and market development
* Act as a senior ambassador and trusted representative of Forensic Times within relevant professional networks

Equity: Ownership stake in Forensic Times based on the agreed investment and terms
Board Position: Founding Director position, subject to formal appointment and applicable corporate requirements
