Account Coordinator, Paid Social

2. About the Opportunity:
The Account Coordinator, Paid Social is responsible for providing essential production support within the paid social account team. This role manages campaign execution, data reporting, and creative trafficking to ensure effective and timely delivery of paid social marketing initiatives. The position contributes by supporting campaign optimization and cross-functional collaboration, enhancing the team''s ability to meet client objectives.
3. Responsibilities:
Build and launch paid social campaigns including planning and scheduling
Implement campaign optimizations and manage account tasks
Traffic creative assets efficiently
Run and format performance reports
Support ongoing testing initiatives
Participate in internal meetings, client presentations, and assist with follow-ups
Maintain knowledge of paid social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with optimization recommendations
4. Requirements:
At least 6 months of paid social experience, including Facebook Ads; experience with TikTok and Snapchat is a plus
Understanding of budgeting, bidding, and testing methodologies
Experience in a production-oriented or similar role
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, text functions)
High level of independence, curiosity, and eagerness to expand responsibilities and skills
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The salary range for this position is $47,900 to $60,000 USD annually, based on experience, expertise, location, and organizational impact
