Mobile General Skilled Technician

2. About the Opportunity:
The Mobile General Skilled Technician role is essential for maintaining property facilities and ensuring operational continuity. This position involves performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive services directly at client locations using a fully equipped service vehicle. The role contributes to minimizing disruptions and upholding high facility standards.
3. Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and small service projects such as walls, windows, and doors
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
Provide minor HVAC and plumbing support to specialized technicians
Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction
Follow safety standards and building regulations
4. Requirements:
Proficiency with power tools and equipment such as drills, saws, and ladders
Ability to provide accurate repair estimates
Commitment to safety best practices
Professional and customer-focused demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams
Budget management experience
Experience using mobile devices for work orders
Demonstrated experience in general repairs including painting, carpentry, and plumbing in commercial settings
High school diploma or GED required; trade school education preferred
Relevant training certifications are a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Hourly Rate: $30–$34 per hour ($62,400–$70,720 annually)
Paid Time Off starting at 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
Seven paid holidays annually
401(k) employer match of 5%
