Lobby & Beyond (L&B) is a turnkey FF&E procurement and fulfillment company. We handle design procurement, case goods, OS&E, and full logistics, including delivery, removal, and installation, so our clients get a furnished, ready-to-operate property without juggling multiple vendors. We serve hotel owners, operators, and designers, as well as large-scale infrastructure and data center projects that need temporary workforce housing furnished quickly and at scale.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an independent sales professional who already has the relationships and wants a partner who can deliver. You'll bring opportunities to L&B, lead the client relationship through close, and work alongside our team to make sure every project is executed well. This is a self-directed opportunity for someone who runs their own book of business.
This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary, draw, or benefits. Compensation is earned solely through commissions on closed and paid projects, with uncapped, competitive earning potential.
Territory
We're focused on Florida and Texas, particularly markets with strong hospitality activity and/or large-scale infrastructure and data center development requiring temporary workforce housing. Ideal candidates are based in or near these markets, or are able to meet with clients and visit project sites in person as needed to develop and close opportunities within their territory.
What the Work Looks Like
• Sourcing and closing FF&E and OS&E opportunities with hotel owners, operators, management companies, and designers
• Identifying large-scale infrastructure and data center projects with temporary workforce housing needs, and connecting with the general contractors, developers, and project teams behind them
• Leveraging your existing network to open doors with both major hotel brands and independent/boutique properties
• Partnering with L&B's team on pricing, proposals, and project handoff
• Registering opportunities with L&B to secure commission credit and avoid channel conflict (HubSpot CRM access is available if you'd like to use it)
• Opportunities to represent L&B at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
What You Bring
• Proven sales experience in hospitality, FF&E, furniture, or a related field OR in construction, infrastructure, or data center projects supporting temporary workforce housing
• Established relationships with big-brand hotel groups (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt) and/or independent and boutique brands, or with general contractors and project teams on large-scale builds
• A self-starter mindset and comfort working independently on a commission-only model
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with brand standards, PIPs, renovation cycles, or project procurement timelines is a strong plus
