Role Description The Community Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, partners, and local stakeholders. This role involves planning and executing community events and activities that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and brand awareness. The Community Relations Manager will handle daily communication with residents, respond to inquiries and feedback, and ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment. The role includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support occupancy goals, promote services, and strengthen Coliwo’s presence in the local community. The manager will also coordinate public relations initiatives, gather resident insights, and continuously improve community programs and experiences.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Community Engagement and Communication skills to build relationships, manage resident interactions, and foster a positive community culture.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to support occupancy targets, handle inquiries, and collaborate on promotional activities.
Candidates should possess Public Relations skills to represent Coliwo professionally, manage external communications, and maintain a positive brand image.
Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to design, organize, and execute community events and activities.
Relevant experience in hospitality, real estate, coliving, or community management is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are required.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate across teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
