About Tejwaans Corporate Group
Tejwaans Corporate Group is dedicated to building the infrastructure for modern digital finance.
Our platform enables banks, brokerages, fintech companies, payment service providers, and other financial institutions to integrate capabilities for cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and tokenized assets directly into their existing products and services.
Rather than building complex infrastructure for blockchain, custody, liquidity, settlement, and compliance from scratch, institutions can leverage Zero Hash’s technology and operational framework to efficiently launch and scale digital asset offerings.
As traditional finance and blockchain technology continue to converge, we are focused on building the infrastructure required for a more interconnected, programmable, and global financial system.
Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced **VP of Digital Asset Partnerships** to help expand strategic partnerships across the financial services, fintech, payments, digital asset, and emerging financial infrastructure sectors.
This is a senior commercial leadership role requiring a deep understanding of how complex financial institutions evaluate new technologies, establish strategic partnerships, and bring innovative products to market.
The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, as well as product, compliance, legal, operations, and technology teams, to identify new opportunities and build long-term relationships with banks, fintechs, brokerages, payment providers, institutional platforms, and other strategic partners.
This role goes beyond traditional business development.
We are looking for someone who can gain insights into the evolving financial landscape, articulate the tangible value of blockchain and stablecoin infrastructure, navigate complex corporate partnerships, and translate strategic opportunities into measurable business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans covering banking, fintech, payments, brokerages, digital assets, and institutional financial services.
- Build relationships with executives, founders, product leaders, and decision-makers at prospective corporate partners.
- Identify new opportunities involving stablecoin payments, digital asset trading, tokenization, cross-border settlement, embedded finance products, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
- Engage with potential partners to gain a deep understanding of their business models, operational needs, regulatory considerations, and long-term product strategies. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance, legal, operations, and finance teams to structure and execute complex enterprise-level partnerships.
- Manage strategic opportunities end-to-end, covering every stage from initial discussions and commercial negotiations to implementation, launch, and long-term business expansion.
- Maintain deep insight into market dynamics across stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, institutional-grade crypto assets, payments, and digital finance.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, executive meetings, fintech events, and strategic partnership discussions.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence regarding competitors, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and evolving customer needs.
- Assist leadership in identifying new markets, products, partnerships, and strategic opportunities that drive long-term global growth.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in one or more of the following areas:
Fintech, payments, banking, capital markets, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, institutional trading, or financial services.
We particularly value candidates who excel at navigating the intersection of strategy, technology, financial services, and execution.
Successful candidates typically possess the following qualities:
- Senior-level experience in business development, partnership management, strategic planning, fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.
- A deep understanding of the logic and criteria financial institutions use to evaluate technology and infrastructure partnerships.
- Experience managing complex enterprise partnerships, including coordinating multiple stakeholders and navigating lengthy sales or implementation cycles.
- Keen business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities of long-term strategic value.
- Exceptional skills in executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to handle challenges arising from evolving technology, regulations, and customer expectations.
- Ability to understand technical products and clearly articulate their value to audiences with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
