Role Description The Vice President of Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and leading the company’s long-term strategic direction across residential and commercial real estate and construction services. This position oversees market analysis, competitive assessments, and strategic planning initiatives to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership, evaluating new business opportunities, guiding digital and data-driven strategies, and aligning resources and budgets with strategic priorities. The role also involves preparing strategic presentations, advising on financial implications of key decisions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and experience interpreting market, operational, and financial data to support decision-making.
Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Planning and Consulting to design and implement long-term business strategies.
Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating investment opportunities.
Proficiency in Digital Strategy, including leveraging technology, data, and digital channels to advance business goals.
Proven leadership experience in strategy or executive roles, ideally within real estate, construction, or related industries.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and senior leadership.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
