About us

The role
Design on-brand, mobile-first email and SMS creative for a portfolio of clients. You'll work in Figma and build in Klaviyo, partnering with strategists on campaign calendars and lifecycle flows. Reports to the Chief Design Officer.
What you'll do
Design campaign emails, flow emails, and SMS creative from brief to build
Build and QC templates in Klaviyo (mobile-first, accessible, on-brand)
Adapt each client's brand system; keep design libraries clean in Figma
Produce variants for A/B tests (hero images, offers, layouts)
Hit weekly/monthly deadlines across several clients at once
You have
2+ years designing email creative, agency or in-house DTC
Strong Figma skills; comfortable in Klaviyo (or fast to learn)
Eye for typography, hierarchy, and conversion-focused layout
Basic HTML/CSS awareness for email constraints is a plus
Clear communication in Slack and organized
Nice to have
Shopify, retention/lifecycle experience, light motion or GIF work, photo retouching.
Details
Contract to start (part-time or full-time depending on fit), with a path to salaried.
