Role Description The Human Resources Manager at AR GLOBAL HUB is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Daily activities include conducting interviews, coordinating training and development programs, resolving employee queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and maintaining accurate HR records. The role also involves partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, build a positive workplace culture, and align HR practices with the company’s mission and growth strategy.

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards is essential.
