Logistics Virtual Assistant

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Demand Planning VA/EA to provide support with international freight coordination, supplier communication, and timeline management. The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain, logistics, demand planning, or a related field and can effectively coordinate multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Define campaign scope, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate content creation, collateral design, and branding alignments.
Manage multi-channel distribution, schedules, and promotion strategy.
Track inventory readiness, fulfillment lead times, and stock buffer allocations.
Monitor campaign engagement, conversion metrics, and post-campaign reporting
Oversees demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, purchase order creation, international freight and shipment coordination, and stock reconciliation.
Qualifications: Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with international freight and supplier coordination and understands how to manage timelines across multiple orders or shipments. They should be highly organized, proactive with follow-ups, and able to identify potential delays before they become larger issues.
Assist with international freight and shipment coordination.
Track shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and important deadlines.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, production, shipment dates, and updates.
Follow up with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timelines are met.
Monitor shipment progress and flag potential delays or issues.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and supplier updates.
Assist with inventory and demand planning-related administrative tasks.
Communicate updates clearly to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Help ensure products and shipments remain aligned with required timelines.
Previous experience in demand planning, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or international freight.
Experience coordinating with international suppliers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient with common business and productivity tools.
Experience with inventory forecasting or stock analysis.
Experience working with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
Experience in a VA, EA, or administrative support capacity.
Familiarity with supply chain management systems or ERP platforms.
Experience supporting businesses with international operations.
