HIRING: Personal Assistant / Virtual Assistant (Australia-Based Beauty Brand)
One of my clients - the CEO of a beauty brand in Australia, is looking for a Personal Assistant / Virtual Assistant to join her team.
And yes… experience is a plus, but not required. She's open to someone who's resourceful, organized, and willing to learn.
Here's the role:
Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Australian time)
40 hours/week
Remote / Work From Home
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Managing emails and inbox organization.
• Calendar and schedule management.
• Assisting with day-to-day admin tasks.
• Keeping things organized and on track.
• Light social media support for Instagram & TikTok (posting content when needed and responding to comments/messages). The content is already provided by the client.
We're looking for someone who is:
• Highly organized and resourceful.
• Has good written English.
• Proactive and can figure things out.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok.
