Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in Agra. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned region by managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers. Daily tasks include visiting channel partners and farmers, promoting the product portfolio, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering market intelligence. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring stock levels, supporting promotional activities, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Territory Sales Manager will also conduct training sessions for channel partners, coordinate with internal teams for timely supply and support, and ensure high standards of customer service across the territory.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with channel partners and farmers.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including territory development and target achievement.
Candidates should possess Sales Management skills to plan, monitor, and optimize regional performance.
Candidates should possess Training skills to educate distributors, dealers, and end users on products and best practices.
Relevant experience in agricultural inputs, fertilizers, or allied industries is preferred.
Ability to travel extensively within the territory and work independently in the field.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and report preparation.
Graduate degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
