AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager, you will shape and drive AI-powered products and solutions that address real business and operational challenges. You will work across business, technology, delivery, and commercial teams to identify high-value opportunities, define the product direction, and bring AI solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.
You will play a key role in connecting client needs with emerging AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-enabled products and services.
Identify and evaluate opportunities where AI can improve business processes, operational efficiency, customer experience, or service delivery.
Translate business challenges and user needs into clear product requirements, AI use cases, value propositions, and implementation roadmaps.
Develop business cases and quantify the expected value and impact of proposed AI initiatives.
Work closely with AI engineering, solution architecture, delivery, sales, and business teams to take solutions from ideation through development, deployment, and adoption.
Engage senior stakeholders and clients to understand priorities, align expectations, and drive product adoption.
Define and monitor product success metrics, including productivity improvement, cost savings, turnaround time, service quality, adoption, and business impact.
Support the development of commercial models, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled solutions.
Stay current with developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise technology to identify opportunities for new products and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, digital transformation, technology consulting, or managed services, with responsibility for driving technology-enabled initiatives.
Strong experience developing business cases, product or transformation roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
Experience working with engineering and delivery teams to bring AI, data, automation, or digital products from concept through production and adoption.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior business leaders and client stakeholders.
Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
Familiarity with product commercialization, pricing, service catalogue development, or go-to-market activities.
