Work Set-up:
Hybrid set-up
October: On-site training in Singapore (travel provision included).
November – December: Continuation of training on-site in Manila.
Standard work arrangement resumes thereafter, in line with the assigned project’s requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned Project:
Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle
Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Insurance Industry experience/exposure
Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and training for team members and stakeholders, including during the Singapore (October) and Manila (November–December) training engagements.
Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and documentation to support upskilling and smooth knowledge handover.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition
Experience working with various business processes in the domains of Banking (loans or deposits)
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical personnel and end-users at multiple levels.
Experience with problem solving, workflow systems analysis, process redesign, user training, and documentation
Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion
General PC knowledge including MS Office
ITIL certification is a nice to have skill
Nice to have experience with deploying packaged applications
