ABOUT AXIOVIA TECHNOLOGIES
Axiovia Technologies builds enterprise-grade AI solutions that help process and manufacturing industries unlock the value trapped in engineering data and industrial operations. Our platform combines visual and language AI to support asset performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, operational safety, and engineering-document digitalization — enabling customers to achieve significant productivity and cost gains on their digital transformation journey.
We are a fast-growing, ambitious team building category-defining technology for heavy industry. We are looking for driven, high-energy sales talent who want to own their pipeline, close the deals, and be rewarded for it.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Account Executive is a full-cycle sales role responsible for driving revenue growth for Axiovia Technologies — from prospecting leads and qualification of leads to running customer discovery calls and demos, through to negotiating and closing the deals. You will work from a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to identify and engage target prospects using modern, AI-powered prospecting and outreach tools, then guide qualified opportunities through the entire sales journey. Leadership and the executive team will support you at the later stages of the cycle — including proposal preparation and, at times, joining demos — but you will own the deal from first touch to close.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate prospects and qualified leads based on Axiovia's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for a given industry, product, or region.
Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach — including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, cold calling, and email — to engage and convert prospects.
Leverage advanced AI-powered prospecting, enrichment, and sales-engagement tools to scale outreach, personalize messaging, and improve lead quality and conversion.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP and standard qualification criteria (e.g., need, budget, authority, timeline).
Conduct customer discovery calls to understand prospects' business challenges, technical requirements, and buying process.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Axiovia's platform capabilities to each prospect's specific pain points.
Own and manage the full sales pipeline end-to-end, keeping the CRM accurate and up to date for reliable forecasting.
Progress qualified opportunities to the proposal stage as quickly as possible, partnering with leadership and executive stakeholders on proposal preparation and, when needed, demo support in late-stage deals.
Negotiate terms and close the deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Own revenue targets for the assigned territory or ICP segment, taking full accountability for pipeline output and quota attainment.
Prepare weekly progress reports for management, summarizing pipeline status, outreach activity, and deal movement.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to support renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities.
Stay current on Axiovia's product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends across process and manufacturing sectors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS for heavy industry, with a solid understanding of process and heavy industries.
Demonstrated track record of owning a sales process end-to-end — from self-sourced prospecting through to closing — and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-driven prospecting and sales-engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar).
Proven ability to use AI tools to scale outreach, prioritize leads, and accelerate the sales cycle — this is a core requirement of the role.
Strong discovery and consultative-selling skills, with the ability to run effective, needs-based product demonstrations.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience selling into process, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors.
Familiarity with industrial AI, enterprise SaaS, or engineering software platforms (e.g., AutoCAD, AVEVA, SmartPlant).
Exposure to structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN Selling).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
A true go-getter and self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and results.
High-energy, ambitious, and hungry for sales success — and the commissions that come with it.
Resourceful and tech-savvy, with genuine enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to work smarter and faster.
Resilient and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a full, active pipeline.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive base salary plus uncapped sales commission — your earning potential grows with your performance.
A positive, flexible, and casual work environment with a supportive, results-driven culture.
Significant opportunity for career growth within a high-growth industrial AI company.
Access to cutting-edge AI sales tools and technology to help you sell smarter, not harder.
The chance to help shape the future of industrial digital transformation through applied AI.
A remote, flexible role that supports a healthy work-life balance.
