Vice President of Strategy

Role Description The Vice President of Strategy is a part-time, remote role responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s strategic direction in the cryptocurrency advisory and consulting space. This role involves conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The Vice President of Strategy will collaborate with leadership and Investment Adviser Representatives to align business strategy with client needs, product offerings, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating new services, optimizing the firm’s digital presence, advising on portfolio consulting frameworks, and preparing strategic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires ongoing monitoring of crypto market trends and regulatory developments to inform long-term planning.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Proven experience in strategic planning and digital strategy, including the development and execution of long-term business roadmaps.
Background in consulting and finance, ideally within investment advisory, asset management, or cryptocurrency markets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a strategic or executive role, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
Familiarity with U.S. financial regulations and compliance considerations related to digital assets is highly beneficial.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical advisory practices.
