Vice President of Projects

Role Description The Vice President of Projects is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the firm. This position will direct cross-functional project teams, define project scopes and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives in the cryptocurrency advisory and portfolio consulting space. Daily responsibilities include managing project portfolios, prioritizing initiatives, monitoring budgets, tracking milestones, and reporting progress and risks to senior leadership. The role involves developing project management standards, optimizing workflows, and implementing tools and processes that support scalable growth. The Vice President of Projects will collaborate closely with investment, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maintain high-quality service for clients.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in project and program management, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from inception through completion.
Strong strategic planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience in the financial services or investment advisory industry; familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and digital assets is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall, PM software) and data-driven performance tracking.
Background in risk management, compliance awareness, and working within regulated environments.
Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and developing team members in a distributed work setting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
