Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator, Business and Productivity

About the Role
Salute is a Microsoft shop, and this role is one of two positions backfilling a departing senior Microsoft expert who is transitioning into a new internal role.
This position focuses on the business and productivity use of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Power Platform, with an emphasis on how the business uses these tools day to day.
Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 workloads focused on business and productivity, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
Support user enablement, adoption, and day-to-day productivity issues across the tenant.
Partner with Core IT on tenant configuration and administration standards.
Respond to service desk escalations related to Microsoft 365 productivity issues.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience; 10 years strongly preferred.
Deep, demonstrated expertise across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
Experience supporting business users and driving M365 adoption, not just backend configuration.
Experience with ticketing systems.
