The Role
DigitRell is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is strong at the intersection of business and technology.
We are looking for someone who can understand a client’s business processes and challenges, ask the right questions, structure requirements, and work with our domain and technology teams to shape them into clear solution approaches.
This is a highly client-facing role. It goes beyond conventional BA responsibilities such as documentation, user stories and project coordination. You should be comfortable working with senior client stakeholders, handling situations where the problem may not yet be clearly defined, and bringing structure and clarity to the discussion.
What You Will Do
* Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business processes, pain points, requirements and expected outcomes.
* Translate broad business problems into clear, structured business and functional requirements.
* Map current processes, identify gaps, dependencies, exceptions and opportunities for improvement.
* Work with domain experts, solution architects and technology teams to shape the right solution approach.
* Convert business and technical discussions into clear solution documents, process flows, proposals and client presentations.
* Present and discuss proposed solutions confidently with business and technology stakeholders.
* Coordinate across client and internal teams to clarify requirements, answer questions and keep solution discussions moving.
* Support opportunities from initial discovery through solution definition, scope and proposal.
What We Are Looking For
* 7–12 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Process Consulting or similar client-facing enterprise roles.
* Strong business process understanding and analytical ability.
* Experience conducting client discovery and requirement workshops.
* Confidence working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
* Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into clear business language.
* Strong solution documentation, process mapping, presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguous problems and take ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, SAP/ERP or enterprise technology solutions would be a strong advantage.
Experience with areas such as AI, data and analytics, automation or enterprise applications will also be valuable.
Deep technical expertise in any one technology is not mandatory. We are looking for someone with strong business and process understanding who can work effectively with technical specialists.
