Training Placement Officer
Amity Technical Placement Cell | Amity University Noida
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end training and placement activities for students.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and industry partners.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, internships, and placement opportunities.
Engage with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and build new opportunities.
Guide students on employability, career readiness, and recruitment processes.
Maintain placement data, reports, and MIS for effective tracking and analysis.
Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, Campus Recruitment, Corporate Relations, or Career Services.
Strong communication, networking, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the higher education/education sector will be preferred.
