Good working knowledge of Data Center, IT Infrastructure and Operations

§ Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in IT Automation and AI, with a proven track record of leading successful automation initiatives within a complex infrastructure environment.
§ Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, with the ability to drive results through collaboration and motivation.
§ Good understanding of ITIL and Devops framework.
§ Strong experience with cloud automation tools and on-premise solutions, preferably in a data center or IT operations context.
§ Good infrastructure knowledge in data centre operations to automate in Operating System, Compute, Storage, Backup, Network, etc @ on-prem and Cloud Technologies.
§ Good Knowledge of Cognitive Services, Machine Learning and familiar with GenAI framework.
§ Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
§ Ability to assess and mitigate security vulnerabilities in automated workflows.
§ Industry certifications related to cloud technologies, automation, AI (AWS and Azure).
§ Familiarity with MLOps practices (e.g., model monitoring, CI/CD for ML pipelines).
§ Experience integrating automation with enterprise systems
§ Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
§ Knowledge of APIs, data integration (REST, etc).
§ Understanding of AI/automation risks, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
§ Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle escalations, and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
§ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous scenarios.
