About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
We are looking for an experienced Electronics & PCB Design Engineer with hands-on experience in drone electronics, UAV avionics, embedded hardware, flight-control systems, and autonomous aerial platforms.
We are working on the development of advanced UAV electronics and avionics systems from the ground up, including flight-control hardware, embedded computing, sensor integration, communication interfaces, power electronics, and autonomous-system hardware.
We are looking for an engineer who can contribute across the complete hardware-development cycle — from system architecture and component selection to schematic design, PCB development, prototyping, testing, validation, and flight integration.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Design and development of drone electronics, embedded avionics, and flight-control hardware
Digital and analog electronic circuit design
UAV electronic-system architecture and hardware partitioning
Experience with MCUs/MPUs, preferably ARM Cortex-M based platforms such as STM32, NXP, or equivalent
Experience with IMUs, gyroscopes, accelerometers, barometers, magnetometers, GNSS modules, and other navigation sensors
Sensor selection, integration, calibration, synchronization, and redundancy architecture
Schematic design and multilayer PCB development
Power-supply architecture, voltage regulation, filtering, power sequencing, and protection circuits
Experience with SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet, ADC, PWM, and GPIO
ESC, servo, motor-control, and actuator interfacing
Integration of telemetry, communication modules, radios, and other UAV peripherals
PCB bring-up, debugging, hardware validation, and fault diagnosis
Signal integrity, EMI/EMC, grounding, power integrity, and noise considerations in mixed-signal systems
Familiarity with Pixhawk, Cube, PX4, ArduPilot, or similar UAV/autopilot ecosystems
Understanding of electronic systems used in multirotors, fixed-wing UAVs, VTOL platforms, robotics, or autonomous systems
Experience with PCB design tools such as KiCad, Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar
Component selection, BOM development, lifecycle considerations, and coordination with PCB fabrication/assembly vendors
Prototype testing, failure analysis, design iteration, and hardware qualification
Documentation of schematics, PCB designs, interfaces, test procedures, and engineering decisions
Knowledge or experience in VLSI, FPGA, SoC design, digital logic, hardware acceleration, or high-speed digital systems would be an added advantage
We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked on drone electronics, UAV avionics, flight-control hardware, autopilot systems, robotics electronics, embedded systems, navigation hardware, or autonomous aerial platforms.
Location: Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Sector 4, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 2+ Years
Compensation: Will be discussed based on experience and expertise
This role is suited for someone who enjoys working at the hardware level and wants to contribute to the development of a complete UAV electronics platform — from architecture and circuit design to PCB prototypes, system integration, bench testing, and real-world flight validation.
