Sr. Engineer– Water Resources

We are looking for a driven and curious engineer to join our Water Resources team in Gurgaon and contribute to projects that genuinely matter.
You will work alongside experienced engineers on complex hydraulic and hydrological challenges. From flood modelling to irrigation design, your work will have real impact across India and beyond.
What You'll Do
Support the planning, analysis, and design of water resources and hydraulic infrastructure projects.
Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modelling studies using tools such as HEC-RAS, MIKE+, and SWAT.
Analyse topographical, meteorological, and hydrological data to inform engineering assessments.
Prepare technical reports, design calculations, DPRs, BOQs, and project documentation.
Assist in designing irrigation systems, flood mitigation measures, canals, reservoirs, and drainage networks.
Calibrate, validate, and interpret hydraulic and hydrological models under senior guidance.
Review engineering deliverables for compliance with BIS, CWC, and applicable project standards.
What You Bring
A BE in Civil Engineering, MTech in Water Resources Engineering, or a PhD in a related field.
Research experience in flood inundation modelling, ensemble forecasting, or hazard assessment.
Proficiency in MIKE+, MIKE Hydro, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
Strong skills in AutoCAD or Civil 3D and MS Office tools.
Solid analytical and technical writing abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
Recognition through research awards or international conference contributions is a strong advantage.
