Technical Supervisor – Elevators

AG Elevators is looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to join our technical operations team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for site inspections, technical assessment, site readiness verification, and coordination to ensure smooth elevator installation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections for new elevator installation projects.
Verify site measurements, shaft dimensions, pit, headroom, electrical requirements, and overall site readiness.
Identify technical/site-related issues before installation and report them to the concerned team.
Coordinate with customers, builders, architects, civil teams, and internal technical teams when required.
Ensure the site meets the necessary requirements before elevator installation begins.
Prepare and submit accurate site inspection reports.
Conduct follow-up site visits and monitor site readiness.
Support installation teams with site-related technical information.
Ensure work is carried out according to company standards and safety requirements.
Travel to customer/project sites as required.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Elevator/Lift Industry is mandatory.
Previous experience in elevator site inspection, installation, or technical supervision is preferred.
Good understanding of elevator shafts, civil requirements, electrical requirements, and installation processes.
Ability to take accurate site measurements and identify technical issues.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Responsible, punctual, and capable of independently handling assigned sites.
