About the job
Many of us find ourselves working in organizations where the domain or craft doesn't personally resonate with us. So, what drives, or should drive, our work in such cases? Is it solely about money and career growth?
We strongly think any great work in any field eventually boils down to 'How many lives your work positively impacted'. That's what we do at The Test Tribe. Have impacted hundreds of thousands of lives worldwide by adding relevance, growth, pride, and confidence to their lives. And we feel we are just getting started.
We, The Test Tribe, are the world's largest Software Testing community turned Workforce Development Startup. 170K+ members across 130+ countries, 45+ global chapters, close to 1000 events done so far including 30+ large-scale global conferences. We're known for sticking to a very high-quality bar and constantly raising it. This applies to everything we do, whether it's products, services, or our flagship events.
About the Role
This is a Growth Marketer (Events) role at TTT, a co-owner seat for the events and community programs that make up our largest brand surface
You will work directly with the Founders and the rest of events leadership to take The Test Tribe to greater heights when it comes to International Events
If you want a role where you create real impact, run community programs, own attendee acquisition, sponsor delivery, content quality, and end-to-end success with direct and consistent leadership access, this is that role.
What You Will Do
• Co-own the annual events and community calendar with the Community & Events Lead. Then independently own what is assigned to you end-to-end
• Consult or give input on speaker sourcing, curation, and finalisation for your assigned tracks, events, or community programs to assist in audience acquisition
• Own the landing page brief, conversion-optimised copy and design coordination, and weekly conversion improvements
- Drive attendee acquisition for the meetups using known ways like email marketing, social media marketing and innovative ways.
- Rigorous monitoring of the conversion numbers along with the target set for each meetup.
• Give inputs in attendee and community member communication end-to-end, pre-event nurture, RSVPs, no-show recovery, on-the-day comms, post-event re-engagement
- Co-own sponsor delivery for your events with the BD/Partnerships team, sponsor ROI metrics, lead handoff hygiene
• Onsite ops ownership on event days, vendor coordination, AV, F&B, signage, attendee flow
• Drive community engagement between events, keep the 170K member base warm through chapters, meetups, and ongoing programs

• Strong in the innovate - experiment - monitor - measure - improve cadence when it comes to growth activities
• Strong people skills, as this is a stakeholder management game
• High ownership, should never need a follow-up twice. You will work with a lot of volunteers; they will need quick answers.
• Multitasking under pressure; an event week may throw 15 fires at you and you should run toward the right 3
• Comfort with numbers, you should be able to read a conversion funnel and decide what to fix
• Working from Office, Sector-1, Noida, with willingness to travel for on-ground events if needed.
