Oracle Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Technical Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail solutions, technical architecture, development, customization, integration, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, customization, and implementation of Oracle Retail solutions.
Work closely with Oracle Retail functional consultants and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Retail and external systems such as ERP, POS, eCommerce, Warehouse Management, CRM, payment systems, and third-party applications.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
Prepare technical specifications, interface specifications, deployment documents, and support documentation.
Coordinate with infrastructure, middleware, database, DevOps, and application support teams.
Ensure development follows Oracle and organizational coding, security, performance, and deployment standards.
Participate in production support and provide timely resolution for critical incidents.
Evaluate new Oracle Retail capabilities and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail applications and architecture.
Experience with one or more Oracle Retail product suites/modules such as:
Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
Oracle Retail Integration Bus (RIB)
Oracle Retail Trade Management (RTM)
Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)
Oracle Retail Order Management System (OMS)
Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM)
Oracle Retail Xstore
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL.
Experience developing and troubleshooting Oracle Retail integrations and interfaces.
Good understanding of RIB, RSB, web services, APIs, XML, JSON, and messaging technologies.
Understanding of cloud environments, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other major cloud platforms.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in large-scale retail, supermarket, FMCG, fashion, or e-commerce organizations will be preferred.
Experience working on end-to-end Oracle Retail implementation, migration, upgrade, integration, and production support projects will be highly advantageous.
