Mandatory Skills For This Position
Migrating to New ERP System , SAP S4/HANA -FICO, MM, SD, Costing, Datatex-NOW, MQM, MCM
Providing functional and technical support to users regarding ERP software. Functional support requires guiding at individual level while technical support requires troubleshooting at user level. Monitoring ERP system performance, disk status and taking necessary actions, when needed Facilitate ERP Awareness program for new employees twice on a year to educate about ERP systems and IT policy.
Developing new software tool to enhance functioning of existing software and ERP systems Generating auto mails in the form of alerts as per the system control requirements of production departments. Java, Python, dot net languages used for software test & development.
Delegating data access authority and back-up at user level System generates back up in tapes on a weekly basis. Tape backup restoration is done monthly by taking 2 tapes and restoring the data objects to check if back up is proper.
Discuss with HODs or individual user as per suitability and take necessary required actions Developing new software interfaces or modifying existing ones as per requirements
To Coordinate in software development as per instructions provided. To assist in hardware and software trouble shooting, in addition to providing support in installation and maintenance of hardware
systems.
