Website Developer (WordPress, Technical SEO, Hosting)

We’re looking for a technically strong Website Developer who can build high-quality websites while ensuring they are fast, search-friendly, and technically sound.
Experience: 5+ years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build websites developed from scratch, customise design/elements, and maintain WordPress websites
Translate Figma designs into responsive, functional websites
Use Figma-AI and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design-to-development workflows
Implement and manage technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, schema, redirects and sitemaps
Optimise website speed, Core Web Vitals and overall performance
Website hosting, hosting server optimization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of relevant website development experience
Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
Ability to develop and customise websites beyond standard templates
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Basic working knowledge of Python
Experience translating Figma designs into websites
Hands-on experience with SEO optimization tools
Good understanding of responsive design, site performance, structured data and technical SEO
Experience of work with GITHUB
