We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong blend of program management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and technical understanding of modern SaaS and cloud-based environments.
You will play a critical role in driving large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering measurable business impact.
Skills & Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech from a top tier engineering college
Mandatory 1-2 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) or equivalent technical role
Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management is a plus
Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Act as the primary bridge between Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering. You must be able to explain technical constraints to non-techies and business logic to developers.
Own the "How" and the "When." Drive sprint planning, manage dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate risks before they impact the timeline.
Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve engineering velocity without compromising code quality.
Translate high-level business objectives into technical workstreams and Jira epics.
