Markwiz is a creative and digital agency in Whitefield, Bengaluru. We're a team of eight, and we do branding, social media, ads and video for real estate, education, jewellery, hospitality and D2C brands.
We're looking for a designer who can build a brand's look, animate it, edit the video, and use AI tools to get it done faster and better. One person who can take an idea from a design file to a finished reel.
What you'll do:
Work on brand identities: logos, colour and type systems, brand guidelines and launch creatives
Design social media creatives, ad creatives and campaign graphics
Create motion graphics such as animated posts, logo reveals, kinetic type and ad cuts for reels and YouTube
Edit videos for social, ads and brand films
Use AI video and image tools to create visuals, extend footage, and turn around concepts quickly
What we need from you:
1.5–3 years of design experience, with an agency background preferred
Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro
Branding work in your portfolio, not just social posts
A motion and video reel that shows real client or freelance work
Hands-on use of AI video or image tools like Runway, Kling, Midjourney or Adobe Firefly, and an understanding of where they help and where they don't
If you can shoot on a DSLR or mirrorless camera, you move to the top of the pile
