Role Description The Project Manager Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting project planning, coordination, and execution across consulting, technology, and media initiatives. The intern will assist in tracking project timelines, managing task lists, and following up with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting project requirements, preparing status reports, maintaining project dashboards, and supporting communication between stakeholders. The intern will help identify risks and dependencies, support resource allocation and logistics, and contribute to process improvements and project documentation. This role offers exposure to client-facing projects, modern business practices, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking of tasks and timelines.
Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and Expeditor activities to ensure timely progress of project deliverables and vendor follow-ups.
Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to support quality checks, review outputs against requirements, and flag issues proactively.
Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to assist with organizing resources, managing dependencies, and supporting operational workflows.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a structured work approach.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote and cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency with productivity and project tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task management platforms, documentation tools).
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated interest in consulting, technology, or digital businesses, and willingness to learn and take initiative.
