Role Description This full-time, on-site BIM Architect role is based in Pune City and involves leading the development and coordination of architectural models within BIM platforms. The BIM Architect will create and manage detailed architectural and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications and standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing and reviewing submittals, and updating BIM models to reflect design changes and construction progress. The role also includes performing clash detection, maintaining documentation, supporting project timelines, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings, with the ability to translate design concepts into detailed, buildable documentation.
Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
Ability to develop and manage Construction Drawings and Submittals, ensuring compliance with project, regulatory, and client requirements.
Relevant degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, and equivalent)
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Prior experience in consulting or engineering/BIM firms and knowledge of international building standards is an advantage.
