2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Associate (Salesforce-Focused) leads data analysis and manages the CRM system for the 10,000 Small Businesses program. This role is key to optimizing technology, processes, and analytics to enhance program impact. It involves strategic advising for program sites, overseeing Salesforce platform management, and collaborating with external partners to support program goals.
3. Responsibilities:
Ensure data integrity and manage all data requests, producing reports and analyzing patterns.
Manage and maintain the Salesforce system, including user administration, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
Troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements based on user feedback.
Design and deliver training programs to improve user proficiency with Salesforce.
Oversee program implementation at assigned sites, managing participant outreach and selection.
Serve as primary contact for external partners at designated locations.
Participate in applicant evaluation and provide mentorship to junior staff.
Travel up to 10% of the year to program sites and events.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience or 6+ years without degree.
Experience in program management, communications, capacity building, or partnership work.
Salesforce Administrator Certification with demonstrated Salesforce experience.
2-3 years data analysis experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting externally.
Collaborative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills managing multiple priorities.
Ability to travel nationally up to 10%.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
6. Benefits & Perks:
