2. About the Opportunity:
The Salesforce Developer role is designed to create and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform, supporting multiple initiatives that improve operational efficiency. This position is responsible for architecting scalable, maintainable Salesforce applications and automations while ensuring data integrity, security, and an excellent user experience. The role contributes by translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
3. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components.
Build declarative and programmatic automation using Flow and Apex; migrate legacy Process Builder logic.
Customize Salesforce CPQ features including product rules, pricing rules, approval processes, and scripts.
Design and support system integrations using APIs and middleware.
Collaborate with architects, admins, and stakeholders for technical designs and solutions.
Enhance user experience through custom Lightning components and dynamic forms.
Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure quality and performance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex code and configuration issues.
Enforce data quality, security, and access control best practices.
Document technical designs and processes for ongoing use and knowledge transfer.
Manage release activities including deployment pipelines and version control.
4. Requirements:
4–6 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models.
Knowledge of the Opportunity sales cycle and sales processes.
Advanced declarative automation skills with Flow, including migrating from Process Builder.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ customization preferred.
Understanding of data management, migrations, integrations, and data quality.
Experience designing user access models and sharing architecture.
Ability to debug complex code and configuration issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Manual dexterity for computer use and ability to sit for extended periods.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Estimated base salary range of $100,000 to $122,000 plus bonus. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and market factors.
