Role Description
We are looking for an Analyst Full Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in full stack development, frontend development, backend development, web applications, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, automation, and modern software-development practices.
The Analyst Full Stack Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve web applications, frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, automation solutions, dashboards, and digital systems.
The role may involve working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Java, Python, Node.js, C#, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, microservices, testing tools, and modern full stack development technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in full stack development, frontend development, backend development, software engineering, software development, web development, application development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Analyst Full Stack Developer, Full Stack Developer, Full Stack Engineer, Full Stack Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Frontend Developer, Frontend Engineer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Web Developer, Application Developer, Associate Software Engineer, or Graduate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks will be beneficial.
Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, responsive design, mobile-first development, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility will be advantageous.
Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, or similar programming languages will be beneficial.
Exposure to Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, or similar backend frameworks will be advantageous.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, web services, and system integration.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, schemas, queries, CRUD operations, and database connectivity will be advantageous.
Exposure to Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be considered an advantage.
Understanding of npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, package management, dependency management, and frontend build processes will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, PyTest, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, session management, or application-security concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to frontend and backend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, database tuning, scalability, reliability, monitoring, or observability will be advantageous.
Familiarity with UI/UX concepts, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, or translating designs into responsive interfaces will be beneficial.
Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure full stack software solutions.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.

Candidates without previous full-time full stack development experience can also apply.
