Role Description
We are looking for an Analyst Software Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in software development, application development, backend development, frontend development, APIs, databases, automation, cloud technologies, data-driven applications, and modern software-engineering practices.
The Analyst Software Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications, web platforms, backend services, APIs, databases, automation solutions, internal systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
The role may involve working with Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, PHP, Go, React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in software development, software engineering, application development, backend development, frontend development, full stack development, web development, API development, automation, or related technology roles can apply.

Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, PHP, or Go.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, modules, exception handling, debugging, modular programming, and clean coding practices.
Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be advantageous.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, web services, API integration, and system integration.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, queries, schemas, CRUD operations, and database connectivity will be advantageous.
Exposure to Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Familiarity with JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, scalable applications, service-oriented architecture, or event-driven systems will be considered an advantage.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial.
Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, background jobs, or asynchronous processing will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, encryption, or general application-security concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to software performance optimization, database tuning, scalability, reliability, logging, monitoring, or observability will be advantageous.
Exposure to automation, ETL/ELT, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with responsive web development, UI/UX concepts, Figma, design systems, or translating interface designs into working applications will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
